Most Paleo Sandwich Breads that I’ve purchased at the store have been unimpressive, to say the least. I was so happy to stumble upon this recipe when we made it on Episode 13 of my TV show, Camille’s Paleo Kitchen. It is SO easy to make. It really cannot be messed up. My only two points of caution are that you may want to use parchment paper to make it easier to take out of the pan and also test the middle with a stick to make sure it’s totally cooked since the batter is very dense when cooked in a traditional loaf pan.
