Cashew & Turmeric Golden Milk

Turmeric has been used in India and China for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb. Today, it is considered the most useful and important spice!

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Curcumin is poorly absorbed into the bloodstream on its own, so it’s very important to take with black pepper and fats for maximum effectiveness.
