Superfoods Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen organic kale
  • 2 organic whole carrots
  • 3 organic celery sticks
  • 1 organic kiwi
  • 1/4-1/2 organic avocado
  • 2 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 tbsp MSM powder
  • 2 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 squirts liquid chlorophyll
  • Fill Vitamix 3/4 of the way with water
  • Optional for sweetening:
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries or blackberries
  • 1 scoop BCAA powder
  • 1-2 squirts liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in Vitamix, add water last. Blend and serve!
